...for now ^^

My last project from my previous work, in collaboration with artist Nicolas Buffe, in Hong Kong

...for now ^^

My latest and last collaboration with an artist as I decided to stop these projects.

I developed interactive applications for my friend artist Nicolas Buffe who was exhibiting in Hong Kong in December 2017.

First, I developed an AR app (that you can still find on stores). This app lets you explore your surroundings in 360 degree and spot the 12 zodiacal constellations among hundred others.

Then, I developed an interactive projection mapping in a large circular tent that I designed. It tracks faces of viewers with multiple cameras in side the tent to trigger animation in the sky. Visitors could rest on cushions on the floor, admire the rotating constellations and relax.

It was a very nice final project. The page is turned ...for now ^^

The interactive ceiling that tracks faces for generating interactions
the tent with sofa
Heat exhaust, air circulation, electricity and safety were biggest challenges in this design
Circle projection in such a small space was a real challenge that had to be solved on paper before deployment in Hong Kong
Boom ! Look up and triggers surprises
Kids facination is always a reward
The rocket starts from Tokyo suburbs...
...to land in central Hong Kong
The Augmented Reality app serves as an intro to the exhibition and as a souvenir to visitors
Actions are triggered when pointing at the rocket
